Nature of Service

DiraDirect.net is an advertising directory. We provide a platform for apartment owners to list properties and for travelers ("Guests") to find them. DiraDirect.net is not a real estate agent, landlord, or property manager. We do not own, manage, or inspect any of the properties listed.

Direct Transactions Only

All bookings, payments, and rental agreements are made directly between the Guest and the Owner. DiraDirect.net is not a party to any rental agreement and is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, refunds, or property conditions.

User Responsibilities

  • Owners: You represent that all information provided in your listing is accurate and that you have the legal right to rent the property.

  • Guests: You are responsible for conducting your own "due diligence" before sending money to an owner.

Fees and Subscription Terms

  • Paid Listing Requirement: DiraDirect.net is a paid subscription service. To list an apartment on the Website, owners must maintain an active, paid subscription.

  • Monthly Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days to keep your listing active.

  • Cancellation & Expiration: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel mid-month, your listing will remain active and visible until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

  • Failure to Pay: If a recurring payment fails, DiraDirect.net reserves the right to hide or remove the listing from the website immediately until the balance is paid.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiraDirect.net shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site, including but not limited to fraudulent listings, property damage, personal injury, or loss of money during a transaction. All listings are provided "AS IS."

Site Maintenance and Downtime

DiraDirect.net strives to keep the Website accessible 24/7. However, we reserve the right to take the site offline for short periods for scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical repairs. We are not liable for any loss of business or perceived missed opportunities during these temporary downtimes.

Right to Modify Content and Layout

We reserve the right to modify, reformat, or redesign the way listings appear on the Website at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing the layout, font, or color scheme of listing pages.

  • Editing listing descriptions for clarity, length, or professional tone.

  • Moving the placement of a listing within the search results or homepage.

  • Adding or removing features (such as badges, maps, or contact buttons) to improve the overall user experience of the site.

Intellectual Property

You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from this site for commercial purposes without written consent.
